Summary: The role of Systems Service Desk Support is a temporary position focused on providing first and second line support for technical issues related to Management Information Systems (MIS), specifically Bromcom, within an educational setting. The assignment is set to begin in January 2025 and may extend beyond the initial two-month period. The position requires on-site presence in West London for 2 to 3 days a week. Candidates must have relevant experience with schools MIS and Bromcom, along with the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second line support for technical issues with the MIS (Bromcom).
  • Liaise with Bromcom support desk when required.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs for incidents and service requests through reminders or alerts.
  • Assign tickets to the Systems Support workstream.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Schools Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Specific experience with Bromcom.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work on-site 2-3 days a week.
  • Enhanced DBS check eligibility.
