Key Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery and evolution of MBSE digital capabilities-toolchains, model repositories, digital threads, and lifecycle environments.
- Translate complex business and engineering needs into clear roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through models, simulations, and test evidence.
- Drive adoption of model-centric practices, making models the single source of truth across programs.
- Collaborate across engineering, digital, and supplier teams to define standards, governance, and integration strategies.
- Lead vendor engagement, technology evaluation, and innovation in simulation, digital twins, and model verification.
Key Skills:
- Proven MBSE delivery experience (SysML/UML, IBM DOORS NG, TeamCenter, simulation orchestration).
- Strong background in aerospace, defence, or regulated safety-critical industries.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
