• Creating a target state vision for capability areas based on engineering best practices.
• Innovating and delivering engineering processes, technology, and culture for FCAS product development.
• Ensuring alignment with the FCAS Digital Engineering Roadmap.
• Co-designing and delivering product development solutions with stakeholders and vendors.
• Executing proof-of-concept and proof-of-value demonstrations.
• Leading business change and communicating with stakeholders.
• Building and leading a multi-disciplinary team for the FCAS Programme.
• Developing early-career engineers to grow the team.
• Liaising with international and UK partners for solution deployment.
