Summary: The Systems Delivery Manager role is a 2-year fixed-term contract focused on the delivery, upgrade, and optimization of finance and core cloud systems within a public sector organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and day-to-day management of Oracle Finance and related cloud systems
  • Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and patches, including testing and business communication
  • Work with third-party suppliers to manage incidents, defects, and service requests
  • Assist with small-scale enhancements and system improvements
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Translate business needs into system changes aligned with Oracle capabilities
  • Maintain system documentation and update process materials
  • Support user adoption, including training content and Oracle Guided Learning updates
  • Act as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP/cloud systems
