Summary: The Logistics Systems Data Analyst role involves supporting spare parts operations within a European function, focusing on maintaining ERP system integrity and data accuracy. The position is hybrid, requiring two days on-site and three days of work from home, with a contract expected to extend into 2027. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ERP system integrity and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and resolve ERP/EDI transactional errors
- Analyse data trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop automated processes and reporting tools
- Produce clear, accurate reports for operational and management teams
- Support logistics, planning, and parts teams with data insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement and global projects
Key Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (eg SAP, Oracle, BaaN)
- Advanced Excel and strong IT skills
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Data analytics knowledge
- Experience with reporting tools (eg Power BI or Tableau)
- EDI experience a bonus
