Summary: The Systems Analyst 3 - BA PeopleSoft FSCM role involves hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management module and state government asset management processes. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and performing end-to-end business process testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a large team are essential, along with documentation and training support duties. The position is primarily remote with one required onsite day per week in Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management.
- Perform end-to-end business process testing with third-party interface systems.
- Document processes and support training efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with a large team.
- Work during off-hours as needed depending on project phases.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
- 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management.
- 8+ years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
- 8+ years of experience in hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.

JD:
The candidate must have hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management module and a state government's asset management business process. The candidate must also excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and performing end-to-end business process testing with third-party interface systems.
The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large team.
Other duties include documentation, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed. Some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central
This is currently a remote position; at some point in the future, it may become hybrid. If it does, the day(s) in the office will be negotiated.
