Systems Administrator (iTrent) - Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Systems Administrator with iTrent expertise looking for your next opportunity?

We are recruiting for a fantastic short term contract based in Essex, where you will play a key role in supporting critical HR systems and driving data accuracy across the organisation.

This position will focus heavily on the validation and integrity of iTrent data, making prior experience with iTrent essential. You will also support the implementation of two major systems:

You will be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day to day operation across multiple platforms. This is a hands on role ideal for someone analytical, detail oriented and confident working with complex data.

The Role:

Tribepad - a new recruitment and on-boarding platform

ServiceNow - supporting operational HR processes

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience using iTrent
• Confident working across multiple systems and platforms
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Working Hours & Details:

8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

3-month contract (until August/September)

Onsite parking available
