Summary: The Test Lead will oversee testing activities for a critical manufacturing ERP implementation in Belfast, requiring presence on-site two days per fortnight. Key Responsibilities:
- Design end to end testing for a manufacturing ERP programme
- Define and manage test plans, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate system, integration, data migration, regression, and UAT testing
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and business SMEs
- Manage defects, risks, and quality metrics through delivery
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Test Lead and SME on ERP implementations
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Infor, or Cloudsuite)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

We’re seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead testing activities for a critical manufacturing ERP implementation. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all test phases to ensure the solution meets business, quality, and regulatory requirements. Joining the programme at an early discovery stage, you’ll play a key role in shaping testing best practices and laying the foundations for successful project delivery as well as seeing things through to fruition.
Key responsibilities:

This is a long term project circa 12 months. The role requires being onsite in Belfast 2 days every fortnight. Travel/flights, accommodation etc will be fully expensed. Onsite requirements will reduce as the project progresses.
