Summary: The System Implementation and Support Manager at Exemplar Health Care is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of digital systems across care services. Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation, optimisation, and ongoing use of digital systems
- Act as a subject matter expert for systems across homes and central teams
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system changes
- Deliver training and support to end users
- Ensure systems align with governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
