Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery across SAP HR systems, including solution design, integration, and testing
- Provide expert technical guidance for HR transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, project teams, and technical leads
- Support SIT/UAT phases and ensure quality assurance across system changes
- Produce and review technical documentation
- Ensure systems are monitored, supported, and maintained effectively
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

- Strong background in HR change or transformation projects
- Expert knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)
