Summary: The System Development & Analysis Officer role is a 4-month contract position focused on enhancing the Capita One Education system to improve education services. The officer will be responsible for creating reports, collaborating with teams, ensuring data compliance, and developing digital tools. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a passion for data. The role is primarily remote with occasional office days in Plymouth.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external IT partners to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
  • Developing user-friendly digital tools for parents, schools, and service providers.
