Summary: This role is for a System Administrator specializing in M365/O365, based in Greater London, for an initial six-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support.

- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.

- Hospitality industry experience would be nice to have.

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator (M365 / O365) located in Greater London.
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and providing technical support.
Daily tasks include system administration, network administration, supporting users, responding to tickets, handling escalations, being a Microsoft SME and ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems within the organization.
Qualifications
- M365 / O365 System Administration and Network Administration skills, and good knowledege of security, SCCM, EUC, Identity Access and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Strong Information Technology knowledge and experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and potentially lead
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus and all Microsoft services including azure
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
