Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, upgrade, and deploy VMware virtualization technology.

• Manage Microsoft Server Technologies, including Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.

• Handle Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Write technical documentation and user guides.
