Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment and transition of the IT systems
  • Provide on-site, remote, and deployed technical support
  • Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, Exchange)
  • Manage VMware infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, upgrades, deployments)
  • Maintain SAN and NAS storage systems
  • Perform backups and recovery in line with SLA/SOPs
  • Manage certificates and system security
  • Support iSCSI configurations
  • Provide end-user support
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including urgent deployments

  • Desirable: VMware (VCP) or Microsoft certification, ITIL Foundation certification, & Experience with automation tools, eg, Ansible

About the Role
