Summary: The System Administrator role involves supporting a higher education institution by enhancing and deploying HR and recruitment platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Work on system enhancements and deployments within newly implemented HR and recruitment platforms.
- Ensure all improvements are delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption.
- Engage with stakeholders effectively to communicate system changes.
Key Skills:
- Strong track record as a System Administrator with hands-on experience supporting HR/recruitment platforms.
- Direct experience with TalentLink or similar systems.
- Cornerstone experience is advantageous.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the higher education sector is desirable.
