Detailed Description From Employer:
We are currently working in partnership with a charity based in South London , who are recruiting for a Support Worker on a temporary contract. The position is due to start as soon as next week. The rate of pay is 22.97 via an umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in supported housing understanding the range of approaches needed towards those struggling with mental health and complex needs. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Contributing to effective day-to-day service delivery Conducting risk assessments, needs assessments and move-on plans within the service Utilising computer software to log case notes Liaising with external agencies and councils to ensure clients are receving appropriate support Ensuring environment is safe, healthy and reflective of the organisations ethos Conducting outcome-focused work and fostering a culture of high performance Experience required: Working with clients in a trauma-informed way Using motivational interview techniques to produce and approach referrals Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Identifying and dealing with complex needs Empathetic Working hours : 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri Required for rolling weekends (1 Saturday or Sunday a month) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
