Summary: The Support Worker role in the Toowoomba and Gatton region involves assisting older Australians to live well through various support services and activities. Our Support Workers provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. These include:
- Domestic Assistance (e.g. house cleaning, hanging out washing, meal preparation)
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities
