Our client, a leading provider of website & eCommerce solutions for the publishing industry, is recruiting for a Support Manager, 1 year fixed term contract. The role involves overseeing customer support enquiries through Jira and Zendesk, whilst working in a fast paced team environment.

Duties Of The Role Include

  • Managing and prioritising support tickets, with customer support & satisfaction key.
