Supply Teacher Key Details Position: Supply Teacher Location: Telford (Secondary Schools) Contract: Flexible day-to-day cover Pay: 175 – 195 per day (no planning or marking) Subjects: General cover across a range of subjects Start Date: January 2026 The Role We are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to support secondary schools across Telford from January 2026. This role offers flexible, day-to-day cover, making it ideal for teachers seeking work-life balance or varied classroom experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom order, and ensuring continuity of learning across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4. With no planning or marking required, this role allows you to focus purely on teaching and classroom management. The Candidate We’re looking for confident professionals who can quickly adapt to new school environments. You should be: A qualified teacher with QTS (or significant UK secondary classroom experience) Confident managing behaviour across KS3 & KS4 Flexible, reliable, and professional in your approach Comfortable delivering cover across multiple subjects Able to engage students and maintain a positive learning atmosphere The Schools You’ll be working across a variety of secondary schools in Telford, each offering supportive staff teams and clear behaviour policies.
