Summary: The Supply Chain Quality Manager role at IO Associates involves collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality part deliveries for aerospace projects. This hybrid contract position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on innovative aviation and space systems. The role requires managing supplier compliance and performance improvement while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Candidates will engage with various external partners and manufacturing technologies to drive quality assurance in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality part deliveries across Final Assembly Lines (FALs) and production plants.
- Partner with suppliers to drive continuous development and performance improvement.
- Ensure supplier and product compliance with all relevant regulatory and program requirements, representing the Supply Chain perspective within multifunctional teams (MFTs).
- Adapt to a dynamic environment, managing evolving tasks and engaging with diverse external partners and manufacturing technologies.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and operations.
- Keen interest in supply chain management and quality assurance topics.
- Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) methodologies such as 8D / 9S, Ishikawa, 5why, etc.
