Key Responsibilities:

- Act as subject matter expert for supply chain program processes and drive project execution excellence.
- Form and report to a cross-functional steering committee for program governance.
- Ensure delivery of sourcing and qualification of key Gas Turbine components and raw materials.
- Ensure the supply chain delivers components to acceptable rates and quality before program closure.
Key Skills:
- Recognised Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, global programs in engineering, supply chain, or project management roles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing both dedicated and non-dedicated resources effectively.
- Proficient in advanced product quality planning (APQP).
