Summary: CK Group is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a global pharmaceutical company. The role involves leading change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the Global Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking operational KPIs and ensuring the realization of business benefits. A strong background in supply chain management, particularly in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors, is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for initial documentation generation to support change management and business realization.
- Leads deploying capabilities and larger continuous improvement efforts enabling the Global Supply Chain to deliver on its strategic goals.
- Provides program and project leadership for specific elements of the overall capability roadmap, ensuring realization of results and business benefits.
- Tracks and reports operational KPIs in alignment with global definitions.
- Development of metric/KPI specific to project scope for realization/sustainment.
- Leads tactical integration of frameworks and process changes within the hub (e.g., pilot rollout, Training documents, Playbooks etc.).
Key Skills:
- Proven success in supporting and understanding of optimising Demand Forecasting.
- B.S. or BA in supply chain, management, technical field (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related disciplines) or data science; a Masters or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Exposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, principles and practices.
- Understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements.
- Lean/ Six Sigma certification desired.
