About The Role We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to spearhead the execution of cutting-edge sustainable energy infrastructure installation programs. You’ll be at the heart of transforming sustainable transportation, ensuring the seamless deployment of critical charging solutions. This 12-month contract offers focused, impactful work within a high-visibility program, directly contributing to environmental goals. This role is crucial for aligning complex supply chain logistics with on-site execution, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Your expertise will bridge the gap between procurement, vendors, and execution teams, directly impacting the speed and success of these vital projects. You’ll navigate a fast-paced, multi-regional environment, contributing to a program that is actively building a greener future and gaining valuable multi-regional project experience in the rapidly growing sustainability and green energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the supply chain and contractor compliance for sustainable energy infrastructure installations across various operational sites.
• Track delivery timelines for specialized energy equipment and critical infrastructure components.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to synchronize equipment delivery with installation schedules.
• Manage contractor management systems to ensure all contractors meet stringent compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update project trackers, providing real-time visibility into program progress.
• Review Risk Assessment Method Statements to uphold rigorous safety standards.
• Verify worker compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between procurement, execution teams, EHS, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, project management, or contractor management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Additional language skills relevant to a multi-regional operational environment.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure or construction projects.
• Familiarity with safety compliance processes and contractor management systems.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
