Summary: The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is tasked with defining and executing a strategic sourcing program for engine components over a three-year timeline. This role involves managing multi-functional teams and ensuring that sourcing activities meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The SCPM will oversee a program team, manage resources, and ensure effective delivery of sourcing workstreams to establish a robust supply chain. Additionally, the role requires acting as a subject matter expert and facilitating program governance through a cross-functional steering committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting workstreams that will deliver the program's objectives.
  • Manage program team members, including other Supply Chain Project Managers and dedicated/non-dedicated resources.
  • Ensure timely resource allocation and decisions from AGT functional organizations to support program deliverables.
  • Oversee project quality management, risk management, budgeting, and performance reporting for the program.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain program processes, driving project execution excellence.
  • Establish and manage a Change Control Board to approve program changes impacting scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Form and report to a cross-functional steering committee to ensure program governance and alignment.
  • Ensure delivery of sourcing and qualification of key Gas Turbine components, including discs, drums, shafts, casings, blades, and more.
  • Ensure the newly established supply chain delivers components to an acceptable rate and quality before program closure.

Key Skills:

  • Recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, global programs in engineering, supply chain, or project management roles.
  • Strong background in OEM & Service business processes, with experience in process improvement and results delivery.
  • Deep understanding of aerospace component manufacturing, sourcing processes, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of aerospace design and product change control processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing both dedicated and non-dedicated resources effectively.
  • Passion for change management and continuous improvement.
