Summary: The Supply Chain Manager role involves overseeing sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing activities and apply procurement best practice
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including CCNs
- Drive supplier performance and manage relationships
- Ensure governance, compliance, and KPI reporting
- Identify and mitigate supply chain and commercial risks
- Support commercial negotiations and dispute resolution
Key Skills:
- Strong contract management and negotiation experience
- Background in supplier and subcontract management
- Proven risk management capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in regulated / secure environments
- SC clearance
- Desirable CIPS qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in Defence or similar sectors
