Summary: The Supply Chain Manager role involves overseeing sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing activities and apply procurement best practice
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including CCNs
  • Drive supplier performance and manage relationships
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and KPI reporting
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain and commercial risks
  • Support commercial negotiations and dispute resolution

Key Skills:

  • Strong contract management and negotiation experience
  • Background in supplier and subcontract management
  • Proven risk management capability
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in regulated / secure environments
  • SC clearance
  • Desirable CIPS qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Defence or similar sectors

We are seeking two experienced Supply Chain Managers to support sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance within a regulated environment.

  • Lead sourcing activities and apply procurement best practice
