Summary: The Supply Chain Manager is tasked with overseeing supply operations and logistics for various products, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet business needs effectively. The position requires strong management of supply chain processes, compliance with regulations, and data analysis for inventory optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply operations including purchase orders, product receipt, and coordination with contract manufacturers and warehouses.
• Plan and execute material shipments, ensuring accuracy in ERP systems.
• Oversee serialization activities to ensure compliance with DSCSA regulations.
• Lead and document shipping studies for temperature-sensitive materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished products, preventing shortages.
• Drive and manage supply chain-related change controls with both internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze raw material usage data to support inventory optimization and cost reduction.
• Prepare and present operational reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Support process improvements and the adoption of advanced supply chain tools.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and change control processes.
• Familiarity with serialization and DSCSA compliance.
• Skilled in data analysis, project management, and cross-functional communication.
