- Partner with Architects to manage technical debt, resilience, and scalability.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are embedded in product evolution.
- Oversee integration strategy with third-party suppliers and internal systems.
- Act as the primary interface between Commercial, Cabin Services, and Technology.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across business functions.
- Enable empowered squad decision-making within clear product guardrails.
- Champion agile product principles and continuous improvement.

You will be the single point of accountability for ERP outcomes, partnering with executive stakeholders and managing complex delivery across finance, operations, holidays, commercial, and corporate functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of system Integration architecture, integrations, devices and payment platforms
- Partner with Architects to manage technical debt, resilience and scalability
