Supply Chain Coordinator

Summary: The Supply Chain Coordinator role focuses on managing the logistics and production processes for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce products within a global entertainment company. The position involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations. This is a 6-month rolling contract with the potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain coordination for D2C products
• Create and track purchase orders using supply chain software
• Liaise with suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses
• Maintain accurate data and product setup (e.g., barcodes, codes, etc.)
• Reconcile deliveries and resolve order-related queries
• Support finance with invoicing and order reconciliation
• Collaborate across departments to meet project deadlines

Key Skills:

• Experience in supply chain, production, or logistics (D2C preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with stock/order management systems (e.g., Navision a plus)
• Agile, proactive, and collaborative mindset
