Summary: The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the 'Supply External Products and Services' process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to meet customer needs. This role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing ordering parameters, and supporting quality resolutions. The coordinator will also participate in supplier performance reviews and communicate effectively with internal customers globally. Additionally, the position requires monitoring delivery forecasts and addressing any supply issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor purchase orders to ensure alignment to requirements
• Optimise ordering parameters in line with influencing factors
• Manage reordering tasks after rejection, scrap/damages
• Monitor and manage delivery forecasts and 'line of balance'
• Perform monitoring through process performance measures and KPIs
• Ensure clear and regular communication to all internal customers
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide feedback
• Follow-up and support troubleshooting for delivery issues
• Analyse MRP and Supply External Product exception messages
• Monitor supplier stock and support the Scrap/Sell/transfer process
