Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite purchase orders for domestic & international suppliers and review order confirmation queries.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure consistent availability and amend orders as required.
• Liaise with Sales and internal departments regarding stock queries and coordinate deliveries.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with import logistics administration and compliance.
• Manage shipping documents and work with transport providers to arrange deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, processing their orders and handling non-conformances.
• Process purchase orders and negotiate rates with transport providers.
• Maintain accurate records and keep relevant systems and spreadsheets up to date.
• Provide office and administrative support, including data entry and record keeping.

Key Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a stock-based role, ideally with importing experience.
• Experience with sea freight is an advantage.
