Summary: The Supply Chain Delivery Analyst role involves supporting the delivery of new vehicle program launches by managing the supply of component parts for pre-production builds. The position requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of material and program requirements. This contract position is based in Sutton Coldfield and operates inside IR35. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and is initially contracted until May 26, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end supply of component parts for new vehicle program pre-production builds in manufacturing facilities in the UK and overseas.
- Manage stakeholders across key internal functions and external departments to ensure material and program requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Track and monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Undertake additional work as directed by the line manager.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in supply chain planning and logistics, with knowledge of systems (particularly SAP).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and working at pace.
- Resilient, energetic, and enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure.
- Results-driven individual demonstrating drive, tenacity, and perseverance.
