Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst role involves providing operational support and process improvement for supply chain tooling, with a focus on data analysis and documentation. The position requires proactive identification of tooling issues and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and systems. The role is based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days remote. The contract duration is 12 months, and the position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor dashboard, adding incident tags, extracting data and reporting for tooling health.
  • Proactively flag risk to the core team and identify tooling issues in tasks.
  • Provide root cause analysis and prompt feedback for each instance.
  • Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, setup requirements, and troubleshooting guide).
  • Provide Tier 1 on-call support for Supply Chain tooling issue triage and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor dashboard for all Tier levels to ensure all resolution time SLA are achieved.
  • Assist business team for process and system enhancements - document problems, create business requirements, validate impact metrics, and propose for prioritization.
  • Conduct value streaming as a process, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions for simple problems.
  • Monitor and report status of enhancement implementation.
  • Support system implementation - creating testing scenarios and cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and providing status updates.
  • Create and maintain process/training documentation (update WIKI).
  • Assist with global process/tooling rollout.

Key Skills:

  • 5-year experience in Supply Chain, preferably with Oracle, warehouse operation, and manufacturing systems.
  • Basic project management in system implementations and experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Data analysis skills using dashboards to analyze data and report to business.
  • Advanced documentation skills (i.e., process flows creation, SOP documentation, training guides/manuals).
  • Problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional partners.
  • Bonus: Experience in supporting supply chain systems rollouts, implementation, and integration.
  • Advanced in process flow visualization tools like LucidChart or Visio, Google Sheets/Slides; SOP/training guide drafting.
  • Master Data Management (MDM) and global exposure.

Rate: £250 - £400 per day, on a PAYE Model

Responsibilities:
