Key Responsibilities:

  • Run daily critical on-hand stock reports to support supply planners.
  • Ensure compliance with Pay policies and procedures in partnership with Finance.
  • Complete the invoice register in a timely manner with Finance and supply planners.
  • Source quality certificates and critical information for timely material releases.
  • Assist supply planners in resolving supply continuity issues and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare and submit stock orders with 3PLs to replenish manufacturing stock.
  • Gather purchase order due dates to ensure continuous material supply.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or scheduling in biologics or FMCG.

*Supply Chain Administrator – 6-Month Contract - Stevenage, On-site* Are you passionate about supply chain or an experienced administrator interested in joining our biotech client? Our client is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Administrator to join their Supply function and support their supply planners in material purchasing and supply planning.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily report running of critical on hand stock report to support the supply planners in ensuring that material requirements planning process to assure suitable stock levels and safety stock levels are maintained.
  • Partners with Finance to ensure maintenance of compliance to Pay policies and procedures.
  • Partners with Finance and supply planners to ensure invoice register is completed within a timely manner.
  • Partners and supports quality with sourcing quality certificates and critical information to ensure material releases are completed on time.
  • Support Supply planners in resolution of supply continuity issues for the sites of responsibility, escalating to stakeholders where required.
  • Preparation and submission of stock orders with 3PLs, to replenish stock holding in manufacturing sites.
  • Support Supply planners in gathering purchase order due dates to ensure continuous material supply.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience within supply planning, inventory management, or scheduling within biologics or FMCG industries.

Skills/Specialist knowledge

  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple supply challenges, communicating with business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform in a command-and-control role under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
  • Strong conflict resolution, collaboration, data-processing and problem-solving skills.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, including business process metrics and measures linked to business KPIs.
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment.
