Key Responsibilities:

• Placing orders for steel and bought-in-finished parts
• Communicating with suppliers regarding delivery dates
• Updating purchase order delivery dates in the ERP system
• Updating MRD reports using Excel extracts
• Communicating delivery plans to internal stakeholders
• Performing general ad hoc administrative work to assist the purchaser
• Updating backorder reports
• Processing spares and data input
• Daily backorder reporting within the UK team and suppliers
• Creating daily/weekly Excel tasks
• Managing repack creation
• Handling UPS/carrier queries and document archiving
• Addressing customer service queries related to stock and delivery
• Communicating with the 3PL warehouse (DB Schenker)
• Ensuring system integrity on stock alignment with the 3PL warehouse
