You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid working being office based 2 days a week. This role reports directly into the Senior Supplier Manager and is part of an established team of supplier managers.

They’re looking for a highly motivated individual, who can develop and manage a portfolio of Suppliers, who can work in partnerships both with external providers and internal senior stakeholders to ensure services are resilient, are provided in line with their policies and contract and business expectations.
About the role: My client is the UK’s largest Digital, Retail and Commercial Bank with a focus on Helping Britain Prosper. Specific activities which you'll be responsible for include things like:
- You will build collaborative relationships with senior internal and external partners
- Working in collaboration with the business areas, you will ensure your suppliers deliver in line with expectations and drive incremental value and deliver competitive advantage in line with strategic and operational objectives.
- Responsible for the active management of suppliers and apply the appropriate level of Treatment Standards.
- By utilising data to identify trends, deliver continuous improvements to maximise our value and minimise risk in our supply chain.
- Act as a source of expertise with your suppliers, providing professional advice to key partners and colleagues.
- Using your relationship management skills, you'll balance holding our supply partners to account for delivering the key services they expect whilst working in partnership to identify continuous additional value.
