Summary: The Summer Intern - Legal & Contracts role at Expro involves assisting with the transfer of contract documentation into the Iron Clad System. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with transferring company contract documentation into the Iron Clad system.
• Load existing contracts into the new system and create rules/parameters for correct storage.
• Read and understand contracts to identify specific clauses.
• Utilize Jurista/AI for digital contract management.
• Work full-time over the summer period for approximately 3 months.

Key Skills:

• Completed a minimum of 2nd year of Law degree.
• Understanding of standard contract clauses.
• Knowledge in AI/digital contract management.
• Familiarity with Jurist (AI legal assistant).
• Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 months.
