Summary: The SuccessFactors Workstream Lead for Talent & Compensation is a strategic role focused on delivering performance and reward solutions within a large-scale SuccessFactors programme. This position involves leading the Talent & Compensation workstream, ensuring alignment with Employee Central, and managing stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong experience in SuccessFactors Talent modules and a deep understanding of performance and compensation processes. It is a functional role, not involving hands-on system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the pay & performance roadmap and backlog
  • Translate HR/Talent requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end change lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with Employee Central
  • Govern vendors and system integrators
  • Review and validate functional solution designs
  • Oversee testing, release readiness, and delivery
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and reporting
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Talent and Reward teams

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience across SuccessFactors Talent modules including PM/GM
  • Deep understanding of Performance cycles
  • Solid understanding of Compensation and reward processes

SuccessFactors Workstream Lead - Talent & Compensation 6month Contract (initially) Outside IR35 Rate negotiable TRIA are supporting a global client on a large-scale SuccessFactors programme, who require a Talent & Compensation Workstream Lead to own delivery across performance and reward. This is a business-facing role responsible for leading the Talent & Compensation workstream, covering performance management, goals, and compensation processes.

You’ll:

  • Own the pay & performance roadmap and backlog
  • Translate HR/Talent requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end change lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with Employee Central
