Summary: The SuccessFactors Report Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing scalable Story Reports within the SuccessFactors platform to support global HR decision-making. This role requires collaboration with HR Reporting & Analytics leads and stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs while maintaining compliance. The position is hybrid based in Preston and is expected to last for 5 months. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test SuccessFactors Story Reports across HR modules such as Employee Central and Learning.
- Collaborate with HR Reporting & Analytics leads, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine reports.
- Conduct testing to ensure data accuracy, performance, and visualization quality.
- Ensure reports meet the needs of multiple regions, minimizing adaptations for each instance.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure smooth transition to operational teams post-deployment.
Key Skills:
- Experience developing SuccessFactors Story Reports, with knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience with large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of data governance in a global HR reporting context.
