Location: South Manchester (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week)

Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules to support end to end delivery and aligning product features with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the People team and Client Technology to shape and implement SAP SuccessFactors technology changes.
Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
Work with HR and IT teams to develop and deploy new features and functionalities.
Conduct system testing and validation for successful updates and enhancements.
Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation and guides.
Lead and participate in projects related to SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
Gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines with cross-functional teams.
Oversee data imports, exports, and system integrations.
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
