Summary: The HR & Learning Enterprise Architect will develop and govern the technology strategy for HR & Learning within the UK Firm. This role focuses on creating a roadmap for investment priorities and transformation, ensuring alignment with business needs and promoting efficient technology solutions. The position requires expertise in various HR technologies and the ability to manage technical governance and integration. The architect will also oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems to reduce technical debt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain core knowledge of HR & Learning Platforms and technology trends.
• Build and maintain HR technology roadmaps and architecture.
• Govern technology choices ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
• Support the design and implementation of operating models for HR deployments.
• Participate in technology assurance processes to enforce standards.
• Decommission legacy technology to manage technical debt.

Key Skills:

• Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors and SF Integration Centre.
• Understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qualtrics, OpenText, and ServiceNow HR.
• Extensive experience in HR & Learning Platform implementation, with a minimum of 6 years as a technical lead.
• Experience designing complex integrations between HR & Learning Platforms and other enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC methods and business analysis techniques.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Leadership skills to manage offshore teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, ITIL, and TOGAF certifications are preferable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
