Summary: The role of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead involves driving the delivery, configuration, and support of payroll solutions within a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ECP implementation and support
- Design payroll solutions aligned with business and statutory requirements
- Configure payroll schemas, wage types, time valuation, and off-cycle processing
- Oversee data migration and full testing cycles (UAT, parallel runs, etc.)
- Manage integrations with Employee Central, SAP (S/4HANA/ECC), and third-party systems
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and year-end reporting
- Engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors
- Lead delivery, mentor team members, and support project planning
Key Skills:
- 8+ years SAP HCM Payroll experience
- 2+ end-to-end implementations
- Strong UK ECP configuration expertise
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP Certification
- Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types, tax, and garnishments
- Experience with PCC, integrations, and data replication
- Proven support, testing (UAT/QA), and change management experience
- Experience with FI posting (G/L mapping), tax updates, and regulatory changes
