Summary: The SuccessFactors EC Workstream Lead role is focused on leading the Employee Central workstream within a major SuccessFactors transformation programme for a global client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the EC roadmap and backlog
  • Translating HR requirements into clear, prioritised delivery
  • Leading on Time Off and JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) processes
  • Managing the end-to-end change request lifecycle
  • Governing system integrators / vendors (no hands-on config)
  • Reviewing and validating functional designs
  • Driving testing, releases, and readiness
  • Managing risks, dependencies, and reporting
  • Ensuring stakeholder alignment across HR and People Services

TRIA are exclusively supporting a global client on a major SuccessFactors transformation programme who require an Employee Central Workstream Lead to drive delivery across core HR processes. This is a business-facing role where you’ll own the Employee Central (EC) workstream, acting as the bridge between HR and technical delivery teams.

You’ll be accountable for:

  • Owning the EC roadmap and backlog
  • Translating HR requirements into clear, prioritised delivery
  • Leading on Time Off and JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) processes
  • Managing the end-to-end change request lifecycle
  • Governing system integrators / vendors (no hands-on config)
  • Reviewing and validating functional designs
