Summary: The SuccessFactors EC Workstream Lead role is focused on leading the Employee Central workstream within a major SuccessFactors transformation programme for a global client. This position requires acting as a liaison between HR and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of core HR processes without hands-on configuration. The role emphasizes ownership, direction, and effective management of change requests and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the EC roadmap and backlog
- Translating HR requirements into clear, prioritised delivery
- Leading on Time Off and JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) processes
- Managing the end-to-end change request lifecycle
- Governing system integrators / vendors (no hands-on config)
- Reviewing and validating functional designs
- Driving testing, releases, and readiness
- Managing risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment across HR and People Services

This is a business-facing role where you’ll own the Employee Central (EC) workstream, acting as the bridge between HR and technical delivery teams.
