Subject Lead - Design & Technology, Food and Engineering

Summary: The Subject Lead for Design & Technology, Engineering, and Food Preparation & Nutrition is responsible for overseeing the curriculum and educational strategies within these subjects. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract and is available in multiple locations including Manchester, Milton Keynes, London, or Guildford. The position supports smart hybrid working arrangements, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum for Design & Technology, Engineering, and Food Preparation & Nutrition.
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices are maintained across all subjects.
• Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional strategies and student engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and curriculum effectiveness.
• Provide professional development and support for teaching staff in relevant subjects.
