- Develop detailed project timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor vendor performance.
- Proactively assess and mitigate outsourcing-related risks to maintain control over quality, cost, and schedule.
- Communicate KPIs, project updates, and challenges to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Key Skills:
