Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and manage outsourcing partners; negotiate contracts and nurture strong vendor relationships.
  • Define standards, collaborate with QA teams, and lead audits to maintain delivery excellence.
  • Create and manage budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Proactively assess and mitigate outsourcing-related risks to maintain control over quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Communicate KPIs, project updates, and challenges to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on outsourcing or vendor management.
  • Proven success managing projects within tight quality, cost, and schedule constraints.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, PMP preferred).
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industries where outsourcing is business-critical.
  • Advanced risk management and data-driven vendor performance monitoring.
