This role will involve a mix of reactive call outs, fault finding and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire alarm systems within occupied healthcare environments.

The Role:
Working across multiple NHS sites, carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure fire alarm systems remain fully operational and compliant.
Duties Include:
- PPM servicing of fire alarm systems
- Reactive breakdown attendance
- Fault finding and repairs
- Testing and inspection works
- Detector / device replacements
- Panel resets, diagnostics and minor remedials
- Completing service sheets and compliance paperwork
- Working safely in live healthcare environments
Systems May Include:
- Conventional fire alarm systems
- Addressable fire alarm systems
- Emergency lighting experience beneficial
- Panels such as Gent, Advanced, Morley, Kentec, C-Tec and similar
Requirements:
- Proven fire alarm service / maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding skills
- FIA qualifications advantageous
- ECS / CSCS preferred
- Own van, tools and testing equipment
- Able to work independently and manage workload
- Professional manner when working on NHS sites
- Enhanced DBS beneficial or willing to obtain
