We are currently looking for an experienced Sub Contract Door Entry Engineer to work across a number of NHS healthcare centres in Liverpool on an ongoing contract basis.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable engineer with strong fault-finding skills who is comfortable working independently across live environments.
The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out both reactive call outs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of door entry and access control systems across healthcare facilities.
Duties Include:
- Reactive maintenance and emergency call outs
- PPM servicing of door entry / intercom systems
- Fault finding and repairs
- Minor remedial works and replacements
- Ensuring systems remain compliant and operational
- Accurate completion of service reports and job sheets
- Working professionally within occupied NHS environments
Systems May Include:
- Audio & video intercom systems
- Door entry panels
- Magnetic locks / electric strikes
- Access control systems
- Automatic door interfaces
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on door entry / access control systems
- Strong fault-finding ability
- ECS / CSCS preferred
- Own van, tools and testing equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and professional manner
- Enhanced DBS beneficial (or willing to obtain)
