Summary: The Student Enrolment Advisor role is a full-time, 4-month fixed-term contract focused on providing customer service within the Compliance Team. The position involves verifying prospective students' eligibility and guiding them through the enrolment process while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. The position is based in Birmingham City Centre and requires a start date in late April or early May.

Key Responsibilities:
