Summary: The Strategy Lead/Programme Manager will focus on operational excellence within the insurance sector, specifically targeting the London Market. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and operating model design initiatives.
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Solve complex business problems using structured, analytical, and consultative approaches.
- Manage initiatives end-to-end, from concept and planning through to delivery and outcomes.
- Utilize insurance/consultancy experience, ideally in London Markets.

- Develop operating and service model designs focused on quality of service, automation, and scale.

We are currently recruiting for a Strategy & Planning Lead/Programme Manager with strong operation excellence and Insurance experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Experience:
- Significant experience in strategic planning, operating model design, consulting, or business transformation environments.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems using structured, analytical, and consultative approaches.
- Experience owning and managing initiatives end-to-end, from concept and planning through to delivery and outcomes.
- Insurance/Consultancy experience, ideally London Markets
- Strong experience creating target operating models
