Summary: The Functional Strategy Generalist role focuses on supporting marketing operations within the EMEA region, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives. The position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance workflows and track performance metrics. The coordinator will also assist in process improvements and change management activities. This is a contract position lasting until June 30, 2026, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for specific marketing initiatives and programs within EMEA.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing operational plans, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with EMEA Marketing goals.
- Support efforts to identify and implement process improvements, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect and organize data for performance tracking, assisting in the generation of reports on key metrics (eg, budget utilization, OKR progress).
- Facilitate communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring information follow across relevant functions.
- Support G/R/L coordination efforts by gathering and sharing information with Global and local teams.
- Assist in basic change management activities for new initiatives within EMEA Marketing.
Key Skills:
- 3 years of experience developing and implementing business operational strategies and processes that drive efficiency.

This role assists in operationalizing marketing initiatives, helps track performance, and provides support for process improvements. The coordinator will collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure consistent workflows roll-out and contribute to achieving marketing objectives.
