Role: Strategy and CDD Consultant - Energy and Sustainability Focus

Seniority: Junior Consultant - Manager

Day rate: £300-£450/day (Outside IR35)

We're partnered with a small-to-medium-sized strategy, operations, and sustainability consultancy. They primarily operate in the private sector, including supporting PE-backed companies in the energy and sustainability spaces.

Tasks

  • The project is in investment advisory and is about helping an investor decide whether to proceed with a deal by reviewing the target company’s market position, identifying risks, and analysing key documents in the data room
  • The role involves providing accurate data and assumptions for the investor’s financial model, and using expertise in power markets and pricing to inform how the target asset is valued

Requirements
